How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 4-7 business days from a US warehouse. Shipping is free, and you'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Do you ship outside the United States?
Not yet. We currently ship only to US addresses.

Can I return it if I change my mind?
Yes. If you're not happy within 30 days of delivery, email info@uprightliving.ca with your order number and we'll refund you in full. No need to send it back.

What if it arrives damaged or doesn't work?
Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

What's in the box?
The massage gun, 4 interchangeable heads, a USB-C charging cable, and a user manual.

Which head should I use?
Ball: large muscles like thighs, glutes and back. Fork: along the spine and the back of the neck. Bullet: small tight spots. Flat: general all-over use.

How do I use it?
Start on the lowest setting. Glide slowly over the muscle for 1-2 minutes per area, letting the gun do the work instead of pressing hard. Avoid bones, joints, the front of the neck, your head, and any injury.

How do I charge it?
Use the included USB-C cable with any USB phone charger. Charge it fully before first use.

Is it safe for everyone?
It's a massage tool, not a medical device. If you're pregnant, have an injury, a medical condition, or an implanted device, check with your doctor before use.
